Linda  and Garrison are real estate professionals in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe areas.

We have been living in Truckee, CA since 1994. We, like lots of area home owners, had a second home here before moving here to live full time. We love living in the area and enjoy meeting people and helping them with their real estate needs. We believe in giving each of our clients personalized attention and we treat each and every client as a VIP (Very Important Person) whether they are buying or selling a multi-million dollar estate or their very first home. Our positive attitudes and commitment to work hard help us to earn the trust of and exceed the expectations of our clients. We practice being good listeners so that we can zero in on what clients are searching for. We’ve been told that we are easy-going and not pushy- and we’re proud of that; buying or selling property can be stressful and we strive to relieve the stress by attending to the many details of the process so that each transaction completes smoothly and successfully. We are forever searching for the new technology, the better way to stay in touch, and the improved marketing tools to serve our clients beyond their greatest expectations.
